Why enterprise thinks in terms of implementation

Process automation for enterprise and corporations.

Large organizations often have automation initiatives that stall halfway: pilots without scaling, RPA bots that break on every layout change, and governance that slows progress. We bring the implementing part that turns concepts into running processes. Tool-agnostic, with AI where rules are not enough, and with clean integration into existing SAP and CRM landscapes. The focus is on scalable processes that also hold in operation, not on another proof of concept.

What comes in: PDF invoices, E-mail requests, Orders, Forms, Excel sheets, Onboarding. AI + RPA. Where it lands: SAP, CRM, DATEV, Approval.

Typical use cases

  • In the shared service center it is standardizing and automating invoice and order processes across many units.

  • In IT it is code review and automated test generation.

  • In administration it is recurring approvals and reporting flows.

  • We look for the process that scales across several units and whose value can be cleanly proven on the pilot.

How we work

  1. We start with an assessment that captures process, systems and governance requirements.

  2. Then we bring a pilot live that is deliberately built to transfer to further units.

  3. Only with proven value do we scale, instead of starting broad and then getting stuck.

Enterprise automation with AI vs. pure RPA (short form)

Classic RPA scales poorly when every exception needs a new bot. With AI in front, unstructured cases are caught, and real integration instead of interface clicks makes the processes maintainable. So many fragile bots become a robust, scalable automation that withstands governance and audit.

FAQ

How does this fit our governance and compliance?
We build automation with clear approvals, logged steps and documented decision rules. This meets the AI literacy duty from Art. 4 of the EU AI Act since 02.02.2025 and fits internal controls. More on EU AI Act and process automation. Governance thus becomes a trust argument, not a brake.
Does a pilot really scale to many units?
If built right, yes. From the start we rely on real APIs and robust error handling instead of fragile clicks. A pilot that relies on integration can be transferred to further sites and units without rebuilding every case.
Do you replace existing RPA landscapes?
Not necessarily. Where existing bots run, we check where AI and better integration make them more robust. Tool-agnostic means we work with what fits and replace only where the value is clear. The goal is stable operation, not a platform change for its own sake.
How fast do we see results despite corporate size?
Because we start with a clearly scoped pilot, the value is often visible within weeks, regardless of overall size. Scaling follows afterwards, with proven ROI as the basis for releasing further units.
