Intro

How a project runs, from assessment to operations.

A good automation project does not feel like a mega undertaking but like a clean, manageable path. We work in clear steps, from first mapping your workflows to running operations. Each step has a concrete result, and after the pilot you know whether the next one is worth it. That keeps risk small, the budget predictable and the ROI visible at any time. You prepare little, we handle the rest.

What comes in: Current process, Time per case, Volume, Error rate, Systems, People involved. Assessment. Where it lands: Process list, ROI estimate, Roadmap, First pilot.

The flow in steps

  1. Process assessment

We map your current workflows, understand where time and errors arise and identify the processes with the highest automation potential.

  2. ROI evaluation

We estimate per candidate how much manual work happens today and what the automation saves. From that we pick the process with the fastest, clearest ROI.

  3. Solution design

We define tool-agnostically which combination of RPA, AI and workflow tools fits and how the integration into SAP, CRM or DATEV looks.

  4. Pilot implementation

We build exactly that one process, including error handling, so nothing is silently lost.

  5. Test and approval

We test on real cases, clarify exceptions and let you approve before the process goes live.

  6. Go-live with monitoring

The process runs, and monitoring shows you what is processed and where an exception waits for a human.

  7. Operations and expansion

On request we take over ongoing operations, optimize and automate the next processes.

What we handle, what you contribute

We handle the mapping, the design, the implementation and the monitoring. On your side it takes a contact who clarifies access and approvals and the willingness to show the current process openly once. This is deliberately kept lean. The Mittelstand in particular rarely has capacity for a months-long project, so we carry the main load and keep your effort low.

Why we measure on the pilot

  • The pilot is more than a first process, it is the proof.

  • We record beforehand how much time a workflow costs today and show afterwards what the automation saves.

  • This proven ROI is your basis for deciding internally about the next step.

  • So you never invest blindly, but always on the basis of a result you have seen yourself.

Integration and operations

A process is only finished when it hangs cleanly in the existing system and runs stably in operation. That is why we think through integration and monitoring from the start. If a system changes later, we adapt the connection instead of rebuilding the whole process. Whether you run operations yourself or task us is your call. FAQ

How long until the first result?
It depends on the process, but because we start with a clearly scoped pilot, the value is often visible within a few weeks. We do not design for months but bring a concrete process live and prove the ROI before expanding.
What do we need to prepare?
Little. It takes a contact who clarifies access and approvals and the willingness to show the current process openly. Mapping, design, implementation and monitoring are on us. That keeps your effort low, even without an automation team of your own.
Can we stop after the pilot?
Yes. The pilot is deliberately built to stand on its own. If it runs and proves an ROI, you decide whether and how to continue. There is no commitment to a mega project, but a decision based on a proven result.
Who runs the process afterwards?
That is your call. Some clients run operations themselves because the process is documented and monitored. Others task us with operations, optimization and expansion. Both paths are possible, and you can switch later.
