Intro

Process automation consulting that ships instead of just advising.

Most process automation consulting ends with a presentation. A maturity model, a roadmap, a recommendation, and then implementation is left to you. Our consulting is built differently. We advise in order to implement. What you get in the end is not a slide deck but a process that runs, is integrated and whose ROI we prove on the pilot. Advice and implementation from one hand, so nothing is lost between recommendation and result.

What comes in: Current process, Time per case, Volume, Error rate, Systems, People involved. Assessment. Where it lands: Process list, ROI estimate, Roadmap, First pilot.

Why implementing consulting

When strategy and implementation are separated, an expensive gap appears. The consultant knows the process but does not build. The service provider builds but knows the process goals only secondhand. We close that gap because we do both. We map your workflows, decide together where RPA is enough and where AI belongs, and bring the pilot live ourselves. That saves handovers, misunderstandings and time, and it keeps the advice honest, because we are measured on our own result.

What the consulting delivers

It starts with a process assessment. We document the current workflows, identify the processes with the highest automation potential and estimate ROI per candidate. This produces not an abstract concept but a concrete roadmap with a clear first pilot. We recommend tool-agnostically, so the RPA platform that fits, plus n8n or Make and our own AI, instead of selling a license. And we think through integration into SAP, CRM and DATEV from the start, because that is where it is decided whether an automation holds in daily use.

From assessment to proven ROI

  • Consulting without evidence is opinion.

  • So we measure.

  • Before the pilot we capture how much time a process costs today and where errors arise.

  • After the pilot we show what the automation saves.

  • That turns a recommendation into a proven business case you can use internally to argue for the next step.

  • This proof is missing in pure strategy consulting, and it is exactly what we deliver.

Implementing consulting vs. pure strategy consulting

Implementing consulting vs. pure strategy consulting
CriterionPure strategy consultingImplementing consulting
Result concept, roadmap working process
ROI evidence forecast proven on the pilot
Tool choice often vendor-locked tool-agnostic
Integration left out SAP, CRM, DATEV
Responsibility ends at handover through to operations

The difference is responsibility for the result. Pure strategy consulting delivers a good analysis and then hands over. We stay on until the process runs and, on request, take over operations too. More on the approach on How a project runs and the packages on Services for process automation.

FAQ

Do you only advise or also implement?
Both, and that is the core. We advise in order to implement. The consulting does not end at a roadmap but leads to a working pilot that we bring live ourselves. On request we then take over operations and expansion. So there is no expensive gap between recommendation and result.
Are you tied to an RPA vendor?
No. We work tool-agnostically and choose the technology by the process, not by a license. Sometimes it is an RPA platform, sometimes n8n or Make, sometimes our own AI for unstructured documents. This independence means you get the solution that fits, not one we have to sell.
How does the consulting start concretely?
With a process assessment. We map the current workflows, evaluate potential and estimate ROI per candidate. The result is a concrete roadmap with a clear first pilot. Then we bring that process live and prove the value before you invest broadly.
Who is the consulting for?
Mainly the Mittelstand, for process, finance and ops leads who want less manual work and a provable ROI. If you have ever had consulting that ended in slides, our implementing approach is the counter-model: advice that goes all the way to a running process.
