FAQ

Do I have to start with the assessment?
No. If the process is clear, you can go straight into implementation. The assessment pays off when you have several candidates and want to know which brings the fastest ROI. It gives you a prioritized list and a concrete roadmap you can argue with internally.
What do the packages cost?
We name prices in the call, because they depend on the process, the volume and the depth of integration. A simple, well-structured process is implemented faster than a deep SAP connection with many exceptions. In the strategy call we estimate the effort and place the ROI alongside it.
Can I combine packages?
Yes, they build on each other. The typical path is from assessment through implementation into operations. But you can also book individual packages, for example only the implementation of a clearly defined process or only the operation of existing automations. We adapt the scope to your situation.
Are you tied to specific tools?
No. We work tool-agnostically and choose the technology by the process. Sometimes it is an RPA platform, sometimes n8n or Make, sometimes our own AI for unstructured documents. So you get the solution that fits, not one bound to a license.
